We have 2 Beta Glucan options, a 100mg and 500mg.

There is only one ingredient in our Beta Glucan 500. It's Beta Glucan! The only "Other Ingredient" listed on the product label is a Vegetarian Capsule. Nothing else!

Our 100mg product contains Beta Glucan and Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC).

How Much Beta Glucan Should You Take?

For our recommended daily Immune Response, a dosage of One 100mg Capsule per 110 pounds (50 kilos) of bodyweight is ideal.

If you want or need the Maximum Immune Response, a dosage of One 500mg Capsule per 55 pounds (25 kilos) of bodyweight is ideal.
